NetEnt announces - To further strengthen and increase an efficiency NetEnt is implementing changes in the organization with a full integration with he acquisition of gaming provider Red Tiger (which was acquired in September of 2019). The changes mean a reduction by approximately 120 employees, mainly located in Stockholm and Malta. These measures are in line with NetEnt’s strategy. As a result, The restructuring is estimated to result in annual savings of approximately SEK 150 million on a cash-flow basis, beginning in the second half of 2020. NetEnt also tells that the earn-out consideration for Red Tiger will be redeemed through a directed issue of new shares and cash payment.

SiGMA Group has decided to postpone the iGathering event that was planned to be held in Malta on 25th March 2020. It was announced on their website following the assessment by WHO that the "virus" can be characterized as a pandemic, the events group sees delaying the event as the only responsible course of action to ensure the health and safety of exhibitors, attendees, and SiGMA staff, as well as preventing any possible further spread of the virus. The idea was at first that the event would take place but the plans were changed by the relevant authorities.
