William Hill USA and FanDuel reachs a court

William Hill USA

William Hill USA has reached a solution with FanDuel over a copyright lawsuit against the US subsidiary Paddy Power Betfair reported igaming Business yesterday in an article. The value of the contract was not disclosed. William Hill had claimed that FanDuel copied parts of the "How To Bet Guide" for beginners in the United States. Paddy Power Betfair-owned FanDuel had distributed its guide at Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey, where it runs a retail book, as well as running its online offering under the site's license. We also noted that last month FanDuel passed its US competitor DraftKings in the US state of New Jersey's sports betting market. Total sports interest rates for New Jersey state amounted to $ 94 million in December 2018.
