10Bet Player Warning - Documents and slow-pay

I made a payout request from 10Bet of a balance around €200. After waiting around 3 weeks or so I get a reply from donotreply@10bet.com.

Dear Customer,­
Thank you for sending us your documents, your case is currently being reviewed by the relevant department. Should any further requirement become necessary we will contact you via email with all the information. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!

10Bet Player says:
After this, I have waited 1 more week and still no reply to this email. 10Bet support tells me that they cannot do anything as The case is handled by another department and I need to be patient. Overall I have waited around a month and still no funds. I want to warn others to not use 10Bet if you want your money in time.

UPDATED
The money is now received but it took me around 90 days and a lot of work to get them. All in all, I am very disappointed with 10Bet.
