Betsson acquires racing operator RaceBets

Betsson acquires RaceBets from the company's founders and the German Thoroughbred Racing Association. The acquisition of RaceBets complements Betsson with a proprietary horse racing product and an experienced horse betting trading team. The horse betting product will be added to Betsson's offerings. RaceBets holds licenses in many countries, including UK, Ireland, Malta, and Germany. They have a highly competitive racing product compares with the best UK operators. Add that 75 percent of RaceBets' revenue comes from locally regulated markets, primarily Germany and the UK.
